What's included in the tour price?
We offer different tour formats. The price includes: flights, accommodation in comfortable 3* hotels with breakfast, visa support, airport transfers, medical insurance and online support.
Additional services are calculated individually.
How much does an excursion cost?
We can offer both a standard and a custom excursion package — the price depends on the program and the number of participants.
Is insurance included in the tour price?
Yes, the cost of medical insurance is already included in all our tours.
Do you help with visa processing?
Yes. We handle the paperwork, book the interview and prepare travelers. The cost is included in the tour packages, and 99% of our clients get their visa approved on the first try.
Which hotels do you offer? Can I choose a specific hotel?
In standard packages we accommodate you in comfortable 3* hotels with breakfast.
An upgrade or a specific hotel is possible for an additional fee.
Preparing for the trip
What's the climate in Japan? What should I bring?
The climate depends on the season:
• Spring (+10…+20°C): light clothing, a windbreaker.
• Summer (+25…+35°C): light clothing, an umbrella, sun protection.
• Autumn (+15…+25°C): warm clothing, comfortable shoes.
• Winter (0…+10°C): warm clothing, a scarf, gloves.
How do I prepare for a trip to Japan?
We recommend bringing: a power adapter (type A), a power bank, your passport, cash and cards, comfortable shoes, seasonal clothing, a small first-aid kit and toiletries.
You shouldn't bring: umbrellas (available in hotels), hairdryers and 100V appliances, food products, or strong medicines containing codeine.
What's the internet situation like in Japan?
Free Wi-Fi is available in hotels, cafes and stations. For a stable connection we recommend getting mobile internet.
Foreigners can buy a data-only SIM card (without calls). Options: eSIM (via apps like Airalo before departure) or a physical SIM card at the airport (up to 50 USD).

How do I buy a bullet train (Shinkansen) ticket?
Prepare about 15,000 yen in cash. At the station, follow the manager's instructions: at the terminal choose the direction and car type (ordinary, reserved or Green Car).
On the Osaka — Tokyo route choose seats D–E to see Mount Fuji. The trains have power outlets and reclining seats. On the Shinkansen it's not customary to talk loudly or speak on the phone.
How do I cross the border and fill out the forms?
On arrival, connect to the free Wi-Fi. Fill out the Immigration Form: passport details, date of birth, purpose of visit — Tourism, flight number, number of days and hotel address.
Then fill out the Customs Declaration with similar information. The form can be completed online in advance.
